We speak to all of our career seekers on the telephone and provide guidance at not cost. We make scores of outbound calls daily to job seekers which represents significant cost to us. We assist them with a strategy to maximise their potential.

We are constantly sourcing information that will assist career seekers in their search for work.

How are we different?

We have a unique medium via our 'Mining Employment Seminars' and 'Workshops' to provide your ogranisation with 'Job ready candidates', who have a clear understanding of their future occupational category and how that may impact on their life. We have been conducting our popular 'Mining Employment Seminars' for nearly two years with scores of 'Job ready candidates' entering the industry.

During our 3 hour seminars or one day workshops we provide job seekers with a sequential understanding of the industry and the mining cycle. We speak in detail about exploration, drill and blast, dig load and haul operations. We speak about most occupational categories but first we find out from our audiences what skill and or qualifications are present and target our seminar into those areas.

We often have guest speakers from mining recruitment and training organisations to provide additional information to career seekers. We discuss safety, team work and the need to view their intended position as a long term exciting career path and not as a means of making short term dollars. We discuss rosters, camp conditions and the effect of fifo mine work on relationships.

We keep our fees low at $49.50 to attend our 3 hour 'Mining Employment Seminar'. We don’t have additional fees or charges and yet we incur significant cost in relation to our activities.

Current Activities.

greatnewcareer.com.au is in the business of educating job seekers by providing accurate, practical information about the the Australian Resources Sector, with the main emphasis on the mining industry. We have had recent mine site experience working in production on numerous mine sites in WA, QLD and SA.

We address audiences of around 100 career seekers and have already produced a successful 'Mining Employment Seminar on DVD' for job seekers. A preview of the DVD and seminar can be seen here. This DVD has been invaluable for job seekers who have not been able to attend our seminars or who reside in remote areas.

We have conducted successful 'Mining Employment Seminars' in Australia and New Zealand with many of our attendees securing employment in the industry.

Our continuing sales has resulted in an evolving data base comprising, many career seekers who have trades skills, tertiary qualifications and or industry experience. Simply put, we may have skill right now that you are looking for.
